Hours of Operation

Monday – Friday

7am till 6pm

Fees

Weekly fees for your child(ren) are as follows :

Late Fees

Late fees are as follows: $5.00 for every 15 minutes, starting at 6:01pm, please make every attempt to pick up your child by closing time, which is 6:00pm. If parent is continually late, care for your child may be terminated

Payments

Payment is due on Monday morning, when dropping child off for the week, if child is part time, payment should be made for the amount of days child will be attending that week.

If payment is not made on day it is due, a 5.00 charge will be added for each day payment is late.

Full time means you pay for the entire week, even if your child does not attend for one or more days. Even if child is out sick or you choose to keep them home you still have to pay for child care, this is to save your child’s spot, if child misses one week without payment being made, care will be terminated.

Vacation

You will not be charged for the 2 weeks I will be on vacation, or for 2 weeks that u take vacation, but you must let me know 2 weeks in advance of your vacation, this is so I will know your child will not be attending and so I can balance my budget. If you do not give 2 weeks notice I will still expect payment for that week, or care will be terminated.

Returned check Fee

If check is returned, you will be charged an extra $10.00, also if 2 checks are returned, payment will have to be made in cash.

Holiday Closings

These are paid holidays, you are still expected to pay for the full week, even though we will be closed for the holiday.

Back up provider

I make every attempt to be available everyday, My daughter helps me also as a backup when necessary, but there may be a time when due to illness or family emergency, I may not be available, Please have a back up available.

I have read the contract and the Parent Handbook for Teddybear Lane Home Childcare, and I agree to the terms of this contract set forth by Sandy Sciacca
